CONSIGNING WITH FRATZ
Consignments are accepted Monday through Saturday 10 pm - 5 pm.
We ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment, however walk-in's are still accepted. Wedsnesday's are by appointment only, and no consignments are accepted on Sundays.
Please note that as of July 1st, 2015, we stopped accepting Drop 'N Go consignments. You MUST be present while your items are being entered.
Please call in advance if you are bringing furniture or a large number of items, as we do have a limit of five boxes per visit.
Final approval on all items is determined by management on arrival.
FRATZ' consignors receive 50% of the selling price. Our consignment period is three months: inital price 0-30 days, 20% discount 31-60 days and 50% discount 61-90 days.
If you would like your unsold items back, you must locate them in the store and pick them on or before day 90. On day 91, items not picked-up become the property of FRATZ' Consignment. Unclaimed items are sold at clearance price or donated to a local charity.
Pricing is flexible. Consignors can price their own items or we will price them. We recommend that antiques be appraised prior to consigning them.
FRATZ' Consignment provides all consignors with an itemized computer list of the items that they have consigned. The list includes the consignor number, itemized list of items with prices and the final date when unsold items need to be picked-up.
Consignor checks are available on the tenth of the month for the previous month sales. Consignor checks are only released to the person who signed the contract. Consignor checks are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. For consignors, who have provided a stamped business size envelope, checks are mailed on the 20th day of the month .
The wild and the wonderful! You never know what will come in or how it will arrive!
