CONSIGNING WITH FRATZ'
Consignments are accepted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10-5; Wednesday 10-6 (NO SUNDAY CONSIGNMENTS).  No appointment necessary.  Please call in advance if you are bringing  large pieces of furniture.  Furniture is subject to approval at the time of consignment. 

 FRATZ' Consignment Agreement

FRATZ' Consignment rate is 45% (consignor receives 55% of the selling price). The consignment period is four months (items full price 0-60 days, 20% discount 61-90 days and 50% discount 91-120 days).  Consignors must pick up unsold items by the last day of the consignment period (day 120).  On day 121, items not picked-up, become the property of FRATZ' Consignment.  Unclaimed items are sold at clearance price or donated to a local charity.

Consigning with FRATZ'

FRATZ' Consignment accepts consignments without an appointment Monday through Saturday 10:00 to 5:00 p.m.  Now accepting consignments until 6:00 on Wednesday. Consignors set their own prices but the staff is available to make price suggestions. We recommend that antiques be appraised prior to consigning them.  If you are consigning furniture please a call a few days in advance so we can make room for your furniture.   We do not accept consignments on Sunday. FRATZ' Consignment offer an optional Drop-n-Go service. (ALL first-time consignors must be present for the receipt of their items).  DNG items must be tagged with consignor name and number (tags available).  An inventory list of your items and approximate price is always appreciated (blank forms available).  Remember: Any DNG item that FRATZ' doesn't accept will be disposed of or donated; you will not be called.

How does FRATZ' Consignment account for my items?

FRATZ' Consignment provides all consignors with an itemized computer list of the items that they have consigned. The list includes the consignor number, itemized list of items with prices and the final date when unsold items need to be picked-up. At the end of the consignment period, consignors are responsible for locating their unsold items in the store.  You can check the status of your account online at www.myresaleweb.com. 

How does FRATZ' Consignment pay me for my sold items?

Consignor checks and an itemized account of items sold are available for pick-up at the store any time after the tenth of every month. Consignors who live out-of-town may have their checks mailed to them. To have checks mailed, you need to provide self-addressed and stamped envelopes. Checks are mailed by the 17th of every month. Checks are issued to accounts with balances over $10.00, those accounts under $10.00 will accrue until the minimum is met.  Unclaimed checks become the property of FRATZ after 6 months.
