Discount Schedule
FRATZ' Consignment offers a scheduled discount policy. Items remain at the initial price for 60 days with a 20% discount 61-90 days and a 50% discount 91-120 days. Each item is tagged to include the item number, consignor number and the price with dates and discounts.
Dollar Store and Clearance Items
FRATZ' has introduced a dollar store! Items placed in the clearance room are now only a dollar (discounts applied when you check-out). Each Saturday a new clearance item number is posted in the store. Any item at or below the posted item number is eligible for the Special Clearance Price!
Return Policy
At FRATZ' Consignment you can be certain that any known condition flaws will be brought to your attention. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are less than thrilled, find some unknown damage or just don't like the item in your home you can bring it back! FRATZ' Consignment offers a 3-day return policy. You must have your store receipt to return any item. Clearance items are final sales.
Layaway
FRATZ' Consignment offers a 2 week layaway policy (50% non refundable deposit). If you change your mind on an item in layaway, you may return the item (deposit refunded) anytime during the first 3 days of the layaway date.
Payment Options
FRATZ' Consignment offers a variety of payment options including Visa/MasterCard charges, personal check, debit cards and cash. Telephone charge card purchases may be made after 10:30 a.m.
Items consigned at FRATZ' Consignment are under contract for the price on the tag. We are unable to call a consignor to negotiate a lower price. |
