FRATZ' Customer Rewards Program:
FRATZ' has computerized the Customer Rewards Program. FRATZ' tallies your purchases, when you reach $500.00 you will receive an automatic $5.00 off credit.
Discount Schedule
FRATZ' Consignment offers a scheduled discount policy. Items remain at the initial price for 30 days with a 20% discount 31-60 days and a 50% discount 61-90 days. Each item is tagged to include the item number, consignor number and the price with dates and discounts.
Return Policy
At FRATZ' Consignment you can be certain that any known condition flaws will be brought to your attention. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are less than thrilled, find some unknown damage or just don't like the item in your home you can bring it back! FRATZ' Consignment offers a 3-day return policy not including the day of purchase. You must have your store receipt to return any item. This policy is strictly enforced because we need the invoice number to make sure the return is processed accurately. Clearance items are final sales.
Layaway
FRATZ' Consignment offers a 2 week layaway policy (50% non refundable deposit). If you change your mind on an item in layaway, you may return the item (deposit refunded) ONLY during the first initial 3 days of the layaway date.
Payment Options
FRATZ' Consignment offers a variety of payment options including Visa/MasterCard charges, personal check, debit cards and cash. Telephone charge card purchases may be made after 12:30 a.m Monday-Friday and 10:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Items consigned at FRATZ' Consignment are under contract for the price on the tag. We are unable to call a consignor to negotiate a lower price.
